    i am working on a proposal and intend to start a High density plastic pipe industry suitable for oil and gas, Water and other piping in Nigeria and I am hoping to get a list of companies that can provide the initial set up, machinery and expertise on a medium /large scale. What other forms of plastic can be off cuts from the production line.We require a plant that will last the test of time and will produce on a large scale. Hoping to get a response soonest.

    Hi, I am interested in PVC pipe making Industry. InshaAllah will be starting with 2 extruders. Would like to ask how much ton should each extruder be of, size of chiller, air compressor, crusher ,mixer as compared to 2 extruders need.     Dear Sir, We are trading in plastic raw materials since the last 30 yrs. We are interested in setting up a plastic compounding unit. Investment is not an issue.     @Raj Kumar, Not all disposable products can be made by one machine. Each product need to have minimum scale of production otherwise the cost of production will be high and you will lose market share. Water cups ,tea cups and liquor cups are made in PP by Thermoforming .Trays ,bowls  based on design can be made by thermoforming or vacuum forming in Polystyrene. PS/PP sheet made by sheet extrusion machine – 65mm , 90 mm or 100 mm for 150,200,250 kg/hr. Minimum cost of sheet line is around 35 lacs. Thermoforming machine basic will cost -25 lacs . Moulds( atleast 5 ) , Chilling plant , Compressor , Printing machine will cost another 50 lacs. You can apply for CGTSME loan without collateral with any nationalized bank.
