This need understanding of the business and take time to learn the type of work they need to do.     hello all, First like to tell you to open / run a BPO or any project you need office setup and your firm registered with local officials. After your company is registered and you have your office setup you have to look out for clients. Genuine Clients these days are very difficult to find. i am in this industry over a long time. The main problem is there are no clients who offers contract for a small bpo projects. Incase if they do either they are not the main clients or they are small companies. I will suggest once you are done setting up an office and ready for client visit, please give advertisement for your company as it is not easy to find clients. Once if you do get clients you will have to invest on Employees, Building rent, Advance and then if your job is upto the quality mark you will get your payment from client if not upto mark you might get 50% or even nothing. Please do not take Outbond Process at all. i have seen at lease 20 such process getting shutdown as Leads were not good.
