Hello everybody, Your question about mushroom grains!: professional name of mushroom grains is [(SPAWN}]. Spawn production is specific work, it need experience in mycology. Sure you can start and production Spawn if you have Laboratory for mycology. Also you need mushroom strain from spawn production company. For the beginner its not easy to succeed. I advice you to state mushroom business to buy a Spawn (I can support you address of spawn production company). I have practical way to save a money by use a part of old full growth saw with mushroom mycelium to cultivate new batch otherwise, you have to be careful that contamination free saw. If you dont have experience in this field its difficult to produce Spawn. I can give you procedure (in steps) how you can produce Spawn. Anyway to make or establish a mushroom farm as a business its interested to make feasibility study. I can do for you business plan from A to Z but I need information about the market , the raw materials price, labors, energy cost, and all the running materials cost.
