    My wife and I own BBQ supply store in GA. We have recently decided to take on a Restaurant. We are planning on sling pulled pork and ribs to start. Simple yet tasty recipes. We are looking for assistance on how much meat to start out with? 10,16,30 Boston butts. And about 8 racks or ribs. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you..
