I am a resident of Pondy in South India. I feel that there is need for place to care of aged people. The reason what I feel is the growth of nuclear family system. At present I am taking care of my mother who is suffering from parkinson's disease. A few of my friends also are in the same position to take of old parents who need medical attention also, which is very difficult for a layman to give. I feel that a nominal fee may be collected and proper accommodation with medical care is the need of the hour. At present I have only time, in future investment may be possible.

@Natalya, in the UK there are no restrictions as to who can open or own a nursing home, however to run one is a different story.

@Mary Jennifer Edward, Hello Mary, good to hear that you are keen on starting up a nursing home. It is an exciting and rewarding prospect if done well. Where would you like to start? What do you need to know?

@Samantha Mason, Hello Samantha, in my work I am often on the lookout for good managers to make a positive contribution to the industry on behalf of their employers. At present I am also working with a number of parties who are just beginning to conceive their projects and will need expert input in terms of design, build and commissioning. Would this be of interest?

@Rupali, Hello Rupali, I wondered if you received my email. I am able to assist you and initially am happy to explain the consultancy service which I offer in detail.
