As per Cost and Fees the total investment necessary for the franchise is around $612,406 to $2,420,200. The initial franchise fee requires is $25,000 to $35,000 with an ongoing royalty fee of 4.75% and a 15 year renewable term of agreement plus three five year renewals. Contribution for advertising is 1% and other qualifications include a building size of 1,840 to 4,150 square feet and a lot size of 0.6 to 1.1 acres. Qualifications for application are a net worth requirement of $500,000 with a cash liquidity requirement of $200,000. The applicant should have general business experience to qualify for application and experience in the food or restaurant industry is also an advantage. Currently, in operations 40% of the franchisees own more than one establishment and each franchise unit requires at least 24 employees to run the establishment. Absentee ownership of the establishment is allowed and 60% of the current franchisees are both owners and operators.
