I used to rent ready made hotel/restra/night club properties in India to lease and run from city to city.. presently running Bar and Restaurant in Goa and one veg restaurant is about to open in Haridwar on national highway... During my stay here in Uttarkhand for last two months I have done my R&D in the area and came to know about some 18-24 luxury rooms properties available on lease without any investment, only a month or two months advance will do.....all is needed to take over and starting running these properties and restaurant available through friend circle and network..
