    @satya, Hello satya, Do you have any idea that what kind of flower you want to grow, what is your budget and how much area you have? Once you decide what kind of flower you want to grow, what is your land size then it is easier to calculate the investment. Common flowers are easier to sell than orchids, tulip, lili, etc.

    hi i'm chamila. i started a small scale cut flower farm in sri lanka 6 years back time.. now its running very well.. i'm proud to be the only person is to supply roses in our country.. now i have an idea of spared my business and touch the international market.. its very difficult to buy a privet land unless i go for a government land. so government will lease out me a land of 50 acres if i can find a foreign investor.. and i also needed to learn about the modern technology of the rose farms.. as well as i needed to import rose plant and green houses for a good price.. how to get stared?

    @pathum hansaka alwis, Well it is very difficult to say the exact flower that will grow in your area without a single idea about your place. still i can say sunflower, rose are the most profitable flowers. The most important thing is that flower farming is  the most profitable because it is very easy to cultivate, it produce quickly and the most important thing that you can earn from flowers throughout the season and startup cost is very low.

    Hi, I am from Jhelum which is near to the capital city of Pakistan winters in this area are very cold and same is the case with summers its very hot. Temperature at times rises to 47-48 degree.
