I am planing to start a Greenhouse Rose farming in the Philippines. Island Rose has a Greenhouse made of glass to grow their Rose farm in Tagaytay. As you would probably know Tagaytay has a cooler climate.
Question :
1.Can I have Greenhouse to grow Roses in the Philippines which is not as cool as Tagaytay but has 6 months of heavy rain & 6 months dry season and also exposed to typhoons. If it is not conducive to grow Roses what recommendations propose to make it possible to grow Roses in such an area.
2.I thinking of growing Roses from Equador or Columbia.If not what species you can recommend?
3.Could you give me a ballpark figure on the cost of building a greenhouse with an area of 5000 sq.metres inclusive of all the equipments and gadgets needed for greenhouse farming.
