Cel. in winters(Nov-Feb) (remaining months are monsoon, with high level of humidity and avg. temp. of 28deg. cel.). It is advisable for small land holders to go for 2-3 flower crops and focus on the Domestic market , instead of growing Rose alone. Generally rose, Carnation, Gerbera and Gladiolus can be grown. A small poly house would be ideal for the same. Some state governments give subsidy for construction polyhouses. Could be checked with respective state Horticulture board or National Horticulture Board.
