Franchise training is 21 days inclusive of in-store training and classroom sessions, which are held 8-14 weeks before store opening. The program covers the management of daily operations, financial management, general operations procedures, local store marketing, bread baking and more. Throughout the training program, the franchise support team will provide the franchisee with the essential training manuals and materials necessary to assist in the day to day store operations. Up to 4 persons may be trained with no additional costs. Also, a certified training representative will be sent to the franchise site 2 days before the grand opening to assist with the on site training sessions. This trainer will also be on site for ten days to assist in training your staff within the first 30 days of opening.
