How can I determine the size of the photovoltaic plant? Should it be of 30MW or should it be larger? The 300 hectares are enough to build the plant? Regards, Pedro Arias

Rutherfordton, NC 28139. We have 173 acres that we are told has all the attributes needed for a solar farm. It has 3 phase power on the property, a transformer is across the road and a sub station is less than 1/2 mile away. We can't afford to put solar panels on the land and was told there are government grants to pay for that. We would either like to sell the property for a solar farm or get information on how to get a grant to do this.

The best sun all year round, right here in South Africa, where the topic of solar farming is being well received and supported by government and corporates. You can have a piece of this heaven - 3000sqm plot, north facing, on the grid, and the bonus of an environmental friendly house and community - right by the beach! The house uses sunlight, and even harvest rain and dew for gardens. The only reason that we are not doing it ourselves is lack of capital. This stunning property is urgently on the market for R1.35mil negotiable (Market value in the area - R3mil - R30mil!) Call me urgently +27 73 910 40 88 to start your dream solar farm today!
