Financial requirements also include a net worth of $1,000,000 with a liquid capital of $300,000.

Franchisee qualifications include that the owner operators are required to have restaurant management experience. It is also preferred, though not a prerequisite, to have basic industry experience, general business experience, marketing skills and excellent attention to detail.

As per operations, 65% of all franchisees own more than one unit, per unit the number of employees needed to run it is 15 and absentee ownership of franchise is allowed as 80% of current franchisees are owner operators. Training is available at the headquarters for 2 weeks and at the franchise location for 1 week, while ongoing support is in the form of newsletters, meetings, aid at the grand opening, online internet support, security and safety procedures, field operations and evaluations and purchasing cooperatives.
