    starting a biotech industry is not a easy task to be performed in a day ,or in a year or in a song(as just like in films). It requires lots of patience, intelligence, hard work and little fiction and ambition. Moreover luck should stand behind and fetch u apart. Seriously speaking in biotech start up - 90% it depends upon luck and rest 10% technical knowledge and business management knowledge..
