Here it grows wild all over, but non of it is organic. I need guidance on how to start planting. If seeds, where do I get them? If tissues, where do I obtain? If I can plant from existing bamboo suckers, how do I do this? Any assistance please would be much appreciated. Thank you

Central Florida is where I live. I own the 5 acres that my house sits on and want to know if you think it feasible to plant container bamboo for a profit / extra income. If so, what type would you suggest? I am a single mom with twin 9 year old girls and need to come up with some sort of plan for extra income. My property is irrigated and located on the sand ridge that runs through this area. Very sandy soil with high acidity.

I am planning to start a Bamboo farm. I am somewhat familiar with bamboo and I've researched it a lot. I live in Fresno county, California, USA, in the Sierra foothills at about 2600 feet on a small mountain. I've tested the soil for acidity and pH factors. I believe their ok. The problem is the soil is more rocky than loamy. Would it too expensive to bring in some topsoil in certain places? I have 11 acres.

Hi, My name is Sonny, and I work with a company, in the U.S.A. That teaches you how to Bamboo farm, set it up, sells the starter plants, and will contract to buy ALL your product BACK. Most people start with 1 to 5 acres. Its about 6,000 U.S. Dollars to Start. A one time investment. They will finance 50% of the cost, with 0% finance cost, payment comes out of what you produce. You can put, 200 to 500 plants per acre. And earn 5,000 to 20,000 per acre, per year, depending on how many plants go in to start. My contact number is 713-817-4801. email is sonnywww@yahoo.com.
