The total investment necessary to open a Boston Pizza Restaurant franchise is roughly $1,700,000 to $3,100,000 with the initial franchise fee of $40,000. There is a 5% royalty fee, no advertising fee and a term of agreement of 10 years with a renewal fee of 20% of the current fee.
