Dear All, As per my experience starting and running a small scale manufacturing unit is not a joke but it little complex to new or entrepreneurship, because before starting manufacturing or assembly factory ,you must have well knowledge in that particular field or product and you must be strong position in finance,also you should have a more no of buyers or good marketing strategy with own distribution channel network etc..,

simple i explain 2000 pcs of LED bulbs per day manufacturing:
you should register your company into MSME(Micro Small Medium Enterprises) and required assembly unit as per protocol the unit must have office area500-800 sq ft,store & dispatch 1500 sq ft,assembly unit 2500 sqft to 3500 sq ft,conference hall 500 sqft (option) plus labor facilities , 24 hrs electricity ,etc. the cost of the building or roofing would be 25 lakh to 50lakhs (you can consult with civil engineer or builders) the unit should have in house test laboratory with necessary instruments ,and the cost would be 10 lakh, cost of Equipment for production would be 10 lakh for 2000 pcs per day bulb production raw material cost will be 1-2 lakh (30 lakh per months)

plus many more requirements. so initially starting a small scale industries investment required minimum 75 laks-200 lakh. kindly serious entrepreneurship with good finance background and marketing only contact us
