    I am trying to start a repair station in Indiana with focus on fiber optical equipment and capabilities and advanced system installs along with typical maintenance checks from preventative to heavy checks on everything from general aviation to commercial aircraft. This info above is helpful but not specific enough to get me started. I have the proper FAA regulation knowledge and needed certificates and how to write the plan, but I am lost in a few other areas.
