How to Start a Money Transfer Business

good morning sir and mam. i live in the uk and i want to start my own business of money transfer to all parts of the world but i do not know how to start. so i will like to ask some question.
1. Do i need a license of my own, even when i am operating under somebody in a small corner of a shop and i am paying rent to the owner of the shop and in that rent my council tax is in it?
2. do i need to open a business account before opening my shop or i need to open my shop before opening the business account and what are the requirements for me to open a business account and what bank do i go to?
3. what kind of internet network do i need for this kind of business?
4. do i need to operate under other companys to enhance my business with money and if yes how do i contact them and which ones do i contact?
5. can i operate on my own if i have money and how can i do so?i will be very grateful to be having a reply to all my question.Thanks and Godbless.
