@srin, Hello Sir, Apparently there is no restriction for using the word International. Frankly speaking, ROC usually raise an query for such words like Venture, India, International etc. In such case, you require strong consultant who can draft an appropriate explanation statement to ROC. @Vikash Kumar Singh, LLP is better since it is cost effective. Disadvantage of LLP is Lack of corporate image.People still consider it as Partnership firm only. Rest Less Compliances and better in many ways. Regards

@niloofar, Dear Mam, Please note that there are basically 3 ways to register a foreign company. Popular 2 ways are either to open a branch in India and 2nd is to float subsidiary company in India. You may also form independent company as well. Registering foreign company as a branch implies higher tax liability on the company. That is why many foreign company float subsidiaries in India.
