    @vijay, A LOT OF FRIENDS SEEM TO KNOW ABOUT PVC PIPES MACHINERY & PROCESSING. I WISH TO GIVE SOME BASIC INFORMATION : UPVC ,RPVC and CPVC are three types of PVC Pipes. RPVC meaning rigid PVC pipes are most common used for electrical conduits and water pipes. CPVC is used for hot water applications and is patented technology. Machinery differs for small pipes and large pipes. Single screw extrude is required for small pipes 10 mm dia -110mm dia .Above this twin screw extruders are used .Single screw outputs vary from 25 - 100 kg./hr. Twin screw outputs start from 100 -250 kg/hr. PVC is powdery resin unlike other plastics and it needs several additives and you need to stabilize the recipe for each formulation and application. High speed mixer is an essential ancillary . The ISI standards specify the thicknesses and sizes used for electrical and water applications. Calcium carbonate is the main fillers which cuts down cost and also increase impact strength. MILAVAT BHI KABHI KABHI ACHHA BHI HOTA HAI.....lol, Further clarification if needed in detail please specify accurately your problem areas.
