    More details. If you get the land, and want to built a brick making plant, i mean the modern automatic brick making production line with high output, the first thing to do is, doing the raw material testing report to know its physical and chemical performance, but the raw material should be available in large, it can be clay, shale, flyash, coal gangue. Then technical design will go to the site for visiting and give a construction technical flow. You can start to the ground built. The machine choose will be following with the raw material testing report, as if your raw material is not good enough, in the process of raw material handling, more machine should be added, after box feeder, crusher, extruder, cutter, wet bricks will be loaded on dry cars, are transported to the dry chamber for drying, after 32 hours or more, it will be transported to the kiln for firing. Then the loading and unloading system will finish the fired brick to the stock yard. It is a technical to assure of the bricks not crack in drying and burning, and full automatic line.
