    Zanesville, OH needs a Waffle House right off I-70 State Street Exit at the location where gas stations keep closing and changing hands. There are semi trucks that park in the lot next door. Several motorcycle clubs are in the area that host lots of events that bring in interstate traffic from all over along with a few other local neighborhood businesses.

    I would like to open a waffle house in Highland Home Alabama. It is 30 miles from Montgomery Alabama and 20 miles from Luverne on state road 331. This is the main access road to the gulf Coast of Florida so it is heavily traveled by tourist and tractor trailers.The residence within a 30 mile radius have no current food store with the exception of a subway that is located inside a gas station.
