    I have a Diploma in Animal Health & Production, a BSc in General Agriculture and a Hons Degree in Animal Science majoring in Animal Nutrition. I am currently the Head of the Small Ruminants section in the Ministry of Agriculture in Botswana. So i believe technically i am ok. I have 377.66 ha land and i want invest in Lamb production (Lamb fattening) and a goat stud business. Currently i have a flock of 43 Dorper sheep after lambing in July. Please help me with drawing a business plan. I have problem with balancing the projected cash flow statements as i will run for atleast 11 months without sale (cash inflow). Any interested investors are also welcome.

    One of my friend had started goat farming with about 50 - 60 goats but all the goat had died in a very short period ending up with about 5 to 6 lakh rupees.
