    I am based in Cape Town, Table View. I have the finance for starting a catfish farm here. What i need is the assistance in directing me towards all the legislative bodies that will assist me in Cape Town as to meeting the requirements for producing catfish, legal requirements are the councils etc, as we as expertise in acquiring the fish ( like a university faculty)Basically how do I meet all the requirements to farm and sell my catfish here in Cape Town?
