    Minimum production capacity should be 1000 ton per month to get the threshold figure. Machine will cost Rs.1,00,000,000.00 Aprox Indian machines. Land and Factory construction extra. Consult a rolling mill consultant , they will take the project in turn key basis.     @bushan, i have seen your blog, i am sending u a rough estimate mini 7" inches mill (expert, land and power sanction deposit), re-rolling material is scrap minimum production for 12 hours (10 to 14 tons), rough cost is 1.5cr. 14"inches roughing mill 10"inches finishing mill (expert, land and power sanction deposit), re-rolling material is billet or ingot approx for 12hours (70 to 80 tons), rough cost is 8.6cr.
