@all here, please know establishing TV channel cannot be explained here in two lines, please write to us dnaworldindia at gmail.com you need to be serious about it, the technical requirements and operations are not as simple as you may thing. broadcasters and consultants who execute such works which may take several months of waiting for satellite and permissions and license. plus massive investment is required alongside with a proper revenue plan to pay for investment and bills, team salaries, technical equipment, HR, Management and resources and so on. best regards.

Unless you take a professional consultant you will never know what all do and how much it takes to start up TV, a consultant is paid for his local and technical understanding, knowledge and services.
