    Thanks Mr. @Amit Sharma for your quick response. It is basically 11 bodies mill but we are using only 8 bodies for our production of 25 ton wheat in 4 and half hour per day against our approved quota. I will provide you a complete detail of equipment list with motors HP which we are using in our mill so that you can suggest us for any improvement.

    @Syed M. Sohail, 8 bodies gives you the production of 6 tonnes/hour, so 6x4.5 = 27 tonnes, you are getting 25 tonnes which is not a big issue, 1-2 tonnes differs from technology to efficiency of the machine. what matters is how much electricity its consuming to process that 25 tonnes of wheat ?

    Dear @Amit Sharma, Thanks for your feedback. Regarding our mill consumption, 45~50 units of electricity per 1000 kg are consumed which is almost near to your estimate if mill is running continuously without any interruption. It slightly increases during load shading. Thanks again for your technical support.
