I've just opened my 25th sandwich bar and turn over a cool $2M pa - work hard, use fresh ingredients, always have a special such as my famous 'Bingo Big Boy' - chicken, ceasar sauce, bacon, turkey, salad and chillis in a wrap - when you buy one, everyone shouts 'That's a Bingo' - how they laugh. Also, give something back - I pay my staff the bare minimum, but when the weeks over, they get a free Bingo Bad Boy and a small can of drink - FREE! Morale has never been higher, and if it drops below my patented 'Monster Morale Meter' then I sack the highest paid and bring in a youngster who's enthusiastic enough to work well below the minimum wage. It works - nowadays I'm not there much as I live in the south of France with my model girlfriend - but I still dictate the menu, and am about to embark of chicken wings and burgers as well - watch out for BINGO WINGS and BINGO (you guessed it)BURGERS with a new drink (secret ingrediants) call BINGO BREW. Take it from me, hard work, mainly by your staff, along with cheap but fresh ingrediants and a catch phrase (That's a BINGO!) works wonders.
