    I have a friend who intends to begin a money lending business on a small scale, targeting motor spare parts dealers, garages and motor gadgets dealers.The fear is that she has no structures to safe guard any loss risks and defaulters. How can she go about it without incurring huge losses that may lead her into closing ? How possible is it to register such a business in Cameroon.     I'm from Pampanga Philippines. Doing private lending to friends and people near in our place with 10% interest and ATM as a collateral. As of now I have 200k investment for the business and luckily all the 200k are out which means the business needs more investments. I have a home based work which I save 50k every month to make an investment in the business. My goal is to have 1M investment and will earn 100k each passive income. I also created web based application to manage all the transactions, yes I'm an IT. My goal is to make 1M on October 1, 2011. Hopefully having my job plus the loan business I will have it.     hello, i wish to start a very small lending service in the uk, would i be able to obtain a loan of a few thousand from a bank then, start small, loaning around £400+ with reasonable interest rates.then in time getting bigger? as the loan from the bank would be a safe bet for them as there is no way you cant pay it back. any feedback would be appreciated.
