Throughout the system of EmbroidMe, there is a high level of support and training available. The program involves these key steps:
1. Three-day Industry Discovery Tour – if you’re interested to become a Master franchisee, you’ll be invited to West Palm Beach, Florida (world headquarters) to learn the basics of personalized products industry and embroidery as well as tour an existing franchise. Then after that, you will return to your place and begin sourcing for vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers.
2. Reconnaissance Mission – after the initial tour, representatives from the headquarters will travel to your state or country to meet with suppliers and finalize the location.
3. Training – the next step is to go back to Florida for the training. You will be completely immersed in equipment and software, operations, staff management, bookkeeping, advertising and public relations, marketing, and production hands-on training. Then after a year of running your franchise, you need to go back for additional sales training.

Flagship Concept – typically, the company encourages the Master licensee to operate the flagship location (or the first location) in a country for one year. This will ensure that you understand the business better before you begin franchising.

Total investment for an EmbroidMe Franchise is $45,000-$216,000. Furthermore, there is a renewal fee of $1,500 as well as royalty fee of 5%.
