I have been trying for months to find a manufacturer to my companies ladies footwear designs. It has got to the point where I am contacting manufacturers in China and India because I can find them there in abundance. I have been talking with an agent who can visit the companies I am interested in trading with to vet there establishments but I am unhappy because I did not want to take my business out of the country but it seems like I have no choice. Can any body give me any information as to reputable companies here in the USA that can manufacture my designs. this is my last attempt.

currently in washington d.c where i play professional basketball for wnba, i am just returning from Milano Italy where i also play. I wanted to start a shoes designing line because i know a lot of women with large feet and we are tired of buying grandma shoes, I feel that taller women or women with big feet want to feel beautiful also. I want to cater to women with large feet. I dont know how to get started or who to trust. I have the money to start i just dont know how. It will be low end and high end shoes. i'm going to start a shoe store that caters to the hip-hop and alternative generation old and young. i'm going to have american influences and international influences taken into mind when purchasing for my shoe store. i have the perfect location. i have great customer service skill and a bosses mind, very creative and a mild trendsetter mostly when it comes to urban hip-hop fashion. i have managed a shoe store. i'm currently an asst. manager at a pawn shop.
