    i am at kisii in kenya. we intend to start dairy goat farming but we don't have enough funds for the project. we have land for construction of their sheds and other construction material but we don't have the goats themselves and funds for other raring processes. there is need for goat keeping in kisii because there are very few people with the dairy goats and the milk is on high demand so we somehow have to solve the situation by us starting this project. it will be great if we get assistance in starting up this. we hope to get your response

    Most of the youngsters want to get into the business which they are not used to. In such case, if you like goats keep one or two as pets. Please don't think me of discouraging you. It is more suited for small farmers who themselves will take the goats for grazing. More over commodities like milk, egg and meat would be profitable only if you sell directly.     located in kamuli, Uganda, East Africa. Am already into the business of goat farming, however its been a bit frustrating in the beginning but do not wish to give up as of now. How can you help me reorganize myself to attain a meaningful project. Please avail me with a copy of your business plan on got farming and fish farming. Wondering if you have any people who are interested in partnering in these projects. I have about 40 acres of land of which 13 acres are made up of a swamp suitable for fish farming.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I hail from western Uganda in an average cold place. I have about 20 acres of farm land which I have planted trees, ie pine and eucalyptus. I wanted to now to develop a goat farm to feed on the green vegetation under the trees. Will boer goats do well here. Please advise, thanks
