To cater all its customers and to appease some disgruntled people, KFC has given ticket stubs to people to allow them to return to the restaurant to taste the promoted new meal.

Following Oprah’s promotion of KFC free grilled-chicken, millions of customers line up in front of each restaurant chain to taste the free meal, with most of them leaving with empty stomach as few stores run out of stocks.

In a statement, KFC president Roger Eaton said that all their restaurants have been swarmed by millions of people who want to have a free taste of the promoted grilled-chicken, adding that the public response is “overwhelming”.

To accommodate all the customers, Eaton said the company has decided to mail food stamps to people that includes free meals with soft drinks.

According to reports, some people who stayed in line for hours were upset as some chains have run out of grilled-chicken. Meanwhile, there is no reported case where violence has occurred.

Few days ago, talk show host queen Oprah Winfrey promoted KFC’s new dish and said that food coupons will be made available in her website on Tuesday. The ticket stub includes two pieces of grilled-chicken, two side orders, and biscuits.
