    @Chauhan Jitendrasinh R., it is tough to say what gonna work for you with the location as a constraint. Why don't you go out for a local survey with the importers? Remember to tell them that you are from a NGO and making a market survey on various imported products otherwise they might not reveal the truth.

    @Louise Chew, I will advise you to work closely with an exporter to export your fruits later start your own export business. You need a license then search for potential buyers. Finding a cargo to send your fruits is not a difficult task as you live in Malaysia.

    @chandulal sukhadiya, I didn't see any special permission for cocoa but I know it is a sensitive item so always follow the current circular for any updates. It is also a Duty Free item as mentioned here. You can browse this site for more info, commerce.nic.in.

    I am looking to become an import export agent , I want to middleman between sellers and buyers in different countries and would like to know what steps to take. I already have a good contact that manufactures garments in China and I have a buyer that is interested in Italy , I dont want to seem unprofessional to the buyer , the seller is actually through a friend but I want to secure myself in this deal before anybody gets introduced.     I am in need of your valuable advice. I own a webstore that sells home made pickles and masalas. As this is a webstore, it is accessable world wide. Do i need any government certifications (like export licence or something) to sell these home made food products through my webstore to my customers who are living in foreign countries?     @Rachna, there are many ways to transfer the money but it totally depends how much you are transferring. For smaller amount Western Union, Xoom, Remit2India and Paypal are the most common ones. For bigger amount wire transfer.
