I have the Passion for caring for all types of people with varies illness or disabilities. I really would like to open my home up to families that need a weekend get away and to have them place their loved one in a loving,caring home while they vaccation.     Hi my name is Kim Barker I will love more information in how to become certified for a respite care home provider in Collinsville, Illinois area. I'm a certified nurse assistant can and have worked with the elderly, disabled, sick off and on for 16 year and counting. For the last 10 years I have been steadfastly caring for an Alzheimer's patient and now she lives with me and I've been caring for her for the last nine years. Now I've had the experience to know how important it is to have respite when there wasn't any. Thank you kindly for this information.
