How to Start Cyber Cafe Business?

Dear All, I would like to start my new business in cyber cafe in Kuala Lumpur. Would appreciate if any experts in hardware, software and network layout design to share some ideas with me. We intend to setup a monitoring system with 20 gaming stations for latest games like Far Cry 4, Battle Field 4 Hardline, Dota 2, Counter Strike, Halo 5, Killing Floor 2, Midnight Star and etc.
What are the hardware and software requirements?
How should we layout the network for best performance and cost?
