Airsoft is a fun but dangerous activity that many people enjoy. With its popularity, wherein it is being played in several countries worldwide, it is not a bad idea to have it as a business. However, since it is one of the most expensive games, you will also need a considerable amount before you can open your own Airsoft business. The gadgets the game uses are unique and made from high-quality materials since it is necessary. To establish an Airsoft business, you must purchase the entire gadgets used when playing it. Different models of airsoft guns are used, and it is essential to purchase them all to provide your customers with the best service. The BB gun is also a popular choice when playing the game. If you don’t know what materials are used when playing the game, you can research it or consult an individual who plays the game.

Protective gears, such as helmets, holsters, modular rigs, and bearing vests, are some materials you should purchase. Aside from the gadgets used in the game, the playing field is also essential in an airsoft game. If starting this business, you must choose a safer place to hold the activity. It must also be equipped with materials that make it an ideal playing field. You can add other equipment that will make it more fun to play. Choose a location that is safe and far from a lot of viewers. This way, the risk of getting hurt will be eliminated. These reminders will be a great help if you comply with the legal issues that the airsoft organization requires.

Hi, I'm looking into opening an airsoft business but i am wondering about the legal issues and requirements for the(uk). Thanks.
  • Ian Huber said on May 11, 2012
Dear Devon and Antonio, No, you cannot. Reason is that you must be at least 18 to own a business license, and you must also be 18 to even purchase or use an airsoft rifle in the first place, so by saying that you have airsoft rifles, is already breaking a (no matter how unenforced) law. Now, on to my question. What kind of location would be good for a dealership of airsoft rifles in Northern California do you think? There are about four in Souther California, so if I were to open one, do you think it would gain business fast, or would it star off slowly like most business's in today's recession? Thanks; Ian

Hi guys, I live in Belize Cenral America. This contry attracts over a million visitors a years. I am now organizing a airsoft business here so who ever wants to play in a warm, english speaking wonderland all winter long can do it. We have an abandoned military training range with lots of craters and old military equipment as well as a series of water falls and pools for swimming in and enjoying the great scenery. There are pine trees and low level bushes and many places to hide in such as bomb craters and fox holes machine gun placements also. I am interested in having a pro air softer as a partner.

I'm not sure if these kids are trolling or not, but selling airsoft guns does NOT have an age limit. Purchasing in the state of California, it is prohibited of a minor, but selling and use of the said item is allowed. In any case any and all of the questions that are asked in this comment box are easily accessed via google. On the first page. Please use it instead of asking easily, and already answered questions.

Hi, I am Omi, I am looking to start an airsoft business in GOA (INDIA), but there are a lot of rules and regulations plus gun rules are primitive, we can't even get airsoft imported because of customs, it gets seized and then we have to appear in court to explain ourselves plus then we don't get the gun anyways and have to pay fine to get out of the legal mess. Can you advise me anything?

I am in Idaho and want to open and run an airsoft field. Is there anything I should know about the legality of operating this type of business? I have acres of land and started asking my current business insurance to look into the cost and coverage. Just want to know if there is something else I need to know.
