Furthermore, in order for you to have a good business partner, select someone that you respect and vice versa. Presence of mutual respect is essential in partnership to avoid possible quarrels. This will be your first option. On the other hand, if the first option is unavailable for you, compose a job description which must be very much detailed. Your approach in this situation is comparable to that of hiring an employee. You have to identify the responsibilities that your partner must have in your business. Moreover, take time in knowing your prospective business partner. Do not rush on hiring him or her, even though you think that he or she is the right one. Have thorough background information about that person. Lastly, hire a lawyer who is an expert in this field for security purposes. You will never know what might happen after you have hired a business partner.
