In this file is an elaborate documentation of the product that was brought into repair, the products replaced, the condition of the product before troubleshooting, the troubleshooting steps performed and each outcome and of course the resolution to the problem at hand. This detailed documentation will aid the technician in repair, since he will not need to repeat failed resolutions to the system brought in for repair. This is especially important if the item was brought in again and another technician had to work on it.
