Land value is only 1% of project value .(Land will provided by Wind mill manufacturer )
This project is giving good IRR for captive customer (means those using HT connection in gujarat ).
Other than captive sale to board+REC is one option in gujarat
Note:GUVNL Gujarat is releasing customer payment in 1 month .In Tamilnadu it will take more than 1 year .
Banker will give you 70% loan on this project .This loan given by banker against your property not against wind mill.
