I am already working as Secretary in an NGO working for old aged people in INDIA (Uttrakhand state). But we are presently providing old aged people day care facilities only. We want to establish an Old age home for them. We have land for the same. We have prepared a MAP/Plan for the same. Our's is a govt registered society/NGO. We have obtained PAN Card, 12A certificate and 80G certificate from IncomeTax department. We are also registered with Social welfare department Uttrakhnd India. But we are not getting any funds or any help from anywhere till date. What all we are doing till date is with our own. Hi,i need help in establishing a nursing home/longterm care in Gaborone Botswana. As a nurse who knows what is caring for a patient is, i did a research here in my country (Botswana) on how people are cared especially following discharge from hospitals. Caretakers are not able to cope with situation at home since some of them work and sometimes the patient is left alone until the caretaker comes. These patients they do die not because of their illness but because of depression and other things. Having an opportunity to work in these facility in USA taught me a lot.I have a land, but no funds and ideas on how to go about this business. Thank you.

Cohesive team - Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA), Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW) (will complete Master's Degree in August 2015 (MSW)), Activity Director (AD)(will be certified by December 2015), Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), and MDS Coordinator. HOW CAN WE START OUR DREAM NURSING HOME? NEED FUNDING. Willing to start an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) - LNFA also has ALF License. Majority of the Team is willing to relocate.
