There are many factors (Population, Paying capacity, Potential, Competitions, and Rental etc.) Need to be analysed before approaching exhibitor like PVR at your place.  Costing must be min 5.5Cr and max. 11CR to have four screens (For all big brands) movie theatre with the capacity of around 700 seats in total.
