    I have 32 does and 4 buck now. Once I started it domestically with 10 rabbits. Among them now I have 6 angora rabbit which fur is 6 to 7 cm.long. I always heard that in West Bengal this type of rabbit breeding is not possible because of the climate but it is proved that it is possible. I can't breed them properly just lack of my capital. I just wish to know that who can help me with money to breed this type of rabbit. Thanks. I am from Ichapore, 29km. from kolkata, West Bengal, India.

    I am happy to see many people interested in rabbit rearing as a serious business. I am a business consultant based in Nakuru, Kenya and I have organised a group of interested rabbit farmers. The group was registered last year and many members are now keeping rabbits. A few have over 100 units and are selling improved breeds to each other. We are now in the process of establishing a collection center, a slaughter house and hotel. In my view the secret behind marketing is forming a strong national group.
