    I own a property in Cherrapunjee, Meghalaya, India. Which has got the highest rainfall in the World & unique caves in which Mawmluh cave is a Global Stratotype Section & Point (GSSP) site for Meghalaya Age while There Jaguar marks the Cretaceous (K)-Palaeogene (Pg) mass extinct event. The land is around 2 acres located on top of a hill where 2 waterfalls cascading down during summer & Bangladesh Shyllhet township could be view especially during the night. I am in search of franchisees/investors etc for the project. Cherrapunjee has got uncountable tourist with no standard accommodation & is just 90 minutes pleasant drive from Shillong city enroute visitors could enjoy the sights of mountains and deep ravines sloping down towards Bangladesh.
