Training includes a 325 hour training program at a Pizza factory training facility, hands-on experience and on going field operations support and marketing services. Marketing includes print and electronic media advertising, POP materials designed to encourage sales and marketing services support for customized planning and implementation. Equipment leasing is available for qualified franchisee.

Pizza Factory franchise has three franchise options to choose from: The Express Unit, The Mid Size Unit and The Full Size Unit.

The Express Unit:

This type of Pizza Factory Express franchise is an affordable option for locations such as grocery stores, malls, resorts, mini marts, sports complexes and amusement parks. Pizza Factory Express is strictly takeout and delivery kind of service. This option offers the advantage of a lower start-up capital and requires minimal space, about 200 to 999 sq. ft. only.

Franchise and equipment fees are lower. Franchise Agreement: $20,000, Royalty Fee: 5%, Advertising Fund 2%. Equipment Package: $25,000 to $90,000, Miscellaneous Costs: $3,200 – 3,900 and Operating Inventory: $6,000.

The Mid Size Unit:

Mid Size units are mostly located inside the shopping malls, strip centers and free standing pads. Space requirement is about 1000 – 1500 sq. ft. Mid Size Units are large enough to accommodate birth parties, sports teams and other events.

Franchise and equipment fees are: Franchise Agreement: $20,000, Royalty Fee: 5% Advertising Fund: 2%. Equipment Package: $50,000 - $110,000, Miscellaneous Costs: 3,200 - $3,900 ND Operating Inventory: $6,000 - $10,000.

Full Size Units:

Full Size Units space required size units are over 1,500 sq. ft. This option is designed for larger sites location that can accommodate teams, parties and community groups. Other Full Size Units offer banquet rooms, patios or large game rooms.

Franchise and equipment fees are: Franchise agreement $20,000, Royalty Fee: 5%, Advertising Fund: 2%, Equipment Package: $65,000 - $215,000, Miscellaneous Costs: $ 10,000 - $12,000 And Operating Inventory: $6,000 - $10,000.
