Remember that you won’t be able to make money unless the orchids are in bloom. Growing orchids covers different process- from seedling to until the time the orchids start blooming. Since you’re going to maintain a farming business, you will need to hire employees. Proper care is necessary to ensure optimum growth of the orchids. The orchids need to be fed and watered. When the orchids are in bloom, you can sell each one for $20 - $150. To market your orchids, you should take photos of them and print your business cards together with the picture. The business cards can be distributed in your local stores so that the residents will know about your farming business. There are also society shows that feature orchids and if you want to be recognized, you can bring some of your best orchids in the shows.

Before making any orchid purchase, you need to have the greenhouse constructed. Find a local contractor who can help you in constructing the greenhouse because this is one of the most important things that you need to have. Even if it means additional cost, it’s still worth the investment because it will protect the orchids from any damage. Secure the necessary business permits as well to avoid legal issues.
