    Hi, I am trying to establish a company in US that will be an exclusive representative of a tour agency from Bulgaria. The tours we want to organize are in the less popular destinations of Europe as Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Turkey. Since I do not want to encounter all the initial investment like IATA application and tour operator surety here in US, i want to be only a distributor/representative of the Bulgarian company in US. Does anyone know if this is possible and if yes how? The idea is that the Tourist company in Bulgaria hold all responsibility of the tourists, does the connections with the hotels and provides the transportation, but I am the exclusive seller here in US.

    Hi,my name is Colleen. I live in California and would like to start a tour vacation package. The package does not include airfare. The tour package DOES include accommodations, and tours of different historical locations in the city which my business partner and I will be conducting on foot near the hotel. I am going to be using a local tour bus company to get the tour guests from point A to point B on one of the tours. Are there state regulations for this type of tour? Do I need to be insured for the tour guests to ride in another companies bus? Also, the hotel will be using their shuttle bus to pick them up from the Airport and take them to the hotel. Since my company will not physically be driving the tour guests do I need to worry about insurance coverage for this? Thank you, Colleen

    We are starting a new tour company based in the U.K We intend operating several small group tours of 10 passengers, but using a lease hire minibus/wagon. Will my U.K driving license P.S.V/P.C.V cover me with U.S.A driving regulations? Also we would need to finance the lease, would the lease hire company deal with us although we are foreign nationals? We do own property in Florida. We would be returning to the U.K within our 90 day E.S.T.A period and due to the fact we would be trading in the U.K and the profit and gain would be based in GBP and accounts kept in the U.K, would we need to obtain a work permit or an additional visa? Our thoughts are, this isn't a great deal different to traveling with family or friends. We would be adding to the U.S economy and not taking anything away from it. Thoughts Please. Thanks. Phil
