Dear All, I have seen most of you are interested to open 100-150 seats Cinema hall, Its really good because most of Multiplexes shrinking their model from 300-350 seats to 150-200 seats. Believe me or not but there is really huge scope in Cinema Industry, As per survey India still needs more than 20000 cinema halls to entertain Indians. There are opportunity to setup a cinema hall with the sitting capacity of 80-100-120-150 and more then that. What all you need is minimum area of 1500sqft, height of the property is more than 14 ft, and Investment money. Also there are so much analysis before starting up a Cinema Hall such as Entertainment tax (Vary state wise), Location, Population, Documentation, Film Distributors etc. There are states with in India with 0% entertainment tax and states having 100% entertainment tax as per govt policy.
