Rendang, satay, fried rice/nasi goreng are some Indonesian food world known. Javanese, Balinese, Padang, Manado, Makassar food are other food that we can do best. With the authenticity and taste, I believe has it's own market and demand.
Living as office worker now, We would like to try and fight to open an Indonesian Restaurant abroad. America and Europe are our favorite destination to open a restaurant. But skills and spirits are only we have.
